OUR ROOTS
Heartland was established on the conviction that aspiring stars in the East Midlands deserve exactly the same elite career prospects as those in London or Manchester. We identified a lack of local expert representation and launched to close that gap, ensuring being outside the capital never hinders a child’s progress.
OUR PROMISE
We put your child’s safety first, offering honest guidance and clear updates every step of the way. While we work tirelessly to find exciting doors to open, we always keep expectations grounded and realistic. You can trust our local team to look after your family’s interests with genuine care and professional integrity.
OUR CORE MISSION
Heartland Talent Management exists to provide young actors, dancers, singers, and models with a safe, honest, and accessible pathway into the professional performing arts. Based in East Leake, our mission is to connect East Midlands talent directly with national opportunities across TV, film, theatre, and commercial modelling, built entirely on ethical representation and dedicated child welfare.
We believe every young person with passion and potential deserves the chance to pursue their dreams without facing upfront financial barriers. That is why we charge zero registration, joining, or mandatory tuition fees, making our roster genuinely accessible to families from all backgrounds. We operate strictly on a commission-based model—meaning we only earn an industry-standard fee when we secure paid, professional work for your child.
Grounded in personal experience across child protection and agency operations, our priority is safeguarding welfare, nurturing raw confidence, and guiding parents with total clarity at every step of the journey. From first assessment to professional set placements, we are committed to protecting potential and keeping the safety, education, and well-being of our young performers at the heart of everything we do.
